Staff Nurse (RGN) – £23 per hour – Full-Time Day Shifts

Our client is a warm and well-established nursing home providing high-quality care to older adults, including those living with dementia. As they continue to grow and maintain excellent standards, they are now seeking a dedicated and caring Staff Nurse (RGN) to join the team on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered General Nurse who is passionate about nursing care for older adults. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and personalised care to residents while supporting their independence and wellbeing.

What We're Looking For

Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin
Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in a clinical nursing setting
Experience working with older adults, ideally in a nursing home or dementia care environment
Excellent communication skills and a genuinely caring, empathetic approach
A proactive, team-focused attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and in line with current NMC guidelines
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, offering reassurance and support
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to regular care reviews
Support and mentor junior staff and care assistants where required
