Staff Nurse (RGN) – £23 per hour – Full-Time Day Shifts
Our client is a warm and well-established nursing home providing high-quality care to older adults, including those living with dementia. As they continue to grow and maintain excellent standards, they are now seeking a dedicated and caring Staff Nurse (RGN) to join the team on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered General Nurse who is passionate about nursing care for older adults. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and personalised care to residents while supporting their independence and wellbeing.
What We're Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin
- Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in a clinical nursing setting
- Experience working with older adults, ideally in a nursing home or dementia care environment
- Excellent communication skills and a genuinely caring, empathetic approach
- A proactive, team-focused attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and in line with current NMC guidelines
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, offering reassurance and support
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to regular care reviews
- Support and mentor junior staff and care assistants where required
