£18hr CIS

Snagger / Finisher Duties:

• Working on void newly refurbished rooms.
• Conduct final snagging inspections
• Respond to and resolve pre-handover defects
• Identify cosmetic and structural defects prior to handover.
• Carry out minor remedial works, such as repairing plaster, paint touch-ups, sealant application, re fixing skirtings and architraves and other fixing fixtures
• Ensure all snags are resolved to clients’ high standards.
• Must have own vehicle and tools to be able to carry out various tasks.
• Coordinate with site managers, customer care teams, and sub-contractors where necessary.

Snagger / Finisher Experience

• Experience of carpentry, patch plastering, painting, tiling, sealant works.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent eye for detail when inspecting completed works.
• Able to identify, diagnose, and rectify common construction defects efficiently.
• Always leaves work areas clean and presentable.
