A leading financial services organisation is looking for a detail-oriented Administrator to support operational teams across the UK. This role focuses on ensuring efficient workflow, strong controls, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor daily operations and support process improvements.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and incident tracking.
- Respond to internal and external queries, escalating where needed.
- Collaborate with teams across compliance, risk, and training.
- Ensure documentation and procedures meet governance standards.
- Experience in financial services or a regulated environment.
- Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above).
Desirable:
Knowledge of FCA regulations and/or IOC or ICSA qualifications.
