Job Title: Administrator - 6 Month Contract
Location: Leeds, LS1
Type: Full-time
Payrate: £26,000pa

A leading financial services organisation is looking for a detail-oriented Administrator to support operational teams across the UK. This role focuses on ensuring efficient workflow, strong controls, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily operations and support process improvements.
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and incident tracking.
  • Respond to internal and external queries, escalating where needed.
  • Collaborate with teams across compliance, risk, and training.
  • Ensure documentation and procedures meet governance standards.
What You'll Need:
  • Experience in financial services or a regulated environment.
  • Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above).

Desirable:
Knowledge of FCA regulations and/or IOC or ICSA qualifications.
