What We’re Looking For
- A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS, Ofsted frameworks, and safeguarding requirements
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A genuine passion for early years education and child development

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery
- Ensure high standards of care, education, and safeguarding in line with the EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Support, mentor and develop a dedicated staff team
- Build strong relationships with families, staff and external agencies
- Monitor and evaluate practice to drive continuous improvement
- Take responsibility for health and safety, safeguarding, and compliance across the nursery
