Call Centre Manager – Bradford BD17 area £38k + generous benefits
We are looking to recruit a Contact centre manager to join our Central team at our Head office. You will be responsible for line managing, driving performance, and inspiring the client communications advisors to hit targets. Responsible for setting, managing and reporting team targets and performance for a team of 10.
Overall responsibility for the contact centre managing the outbound (recall) and inbound services as well as managing an 11-step recall process to ensure the existing client base are communicated with using the right channel and at the right frequency to drive retention. Responsible for maximising success within the recall and inbound processes by constantly monitoring and adapting them where necessary to fill the diaries and improve service levels
